Bed Bro Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Bed Bro", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and betting service operated at bedbro.app and all associated services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the Bed Bro platform or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by you upon completing the registration process on Bed Bro.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in your Bed Bro account at any given time, including both deposited funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to your account under a specific offer, subject to the wagering requirements and conditions detailed in Section 7.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you directly, as distinct from bonus funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of bets that must be placed before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real money balance.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the only currency in which Bed Bro accounts are denominated.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer table, slot, virtual sport, PSL betting market, Ludo room, or other wagering product available on Bed Bro.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and document verification process required for account security and regulatory compliance.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Bed Bro platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Bed Bro platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age; that you are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment; that you are not acting on behalf of any third party in placing bets; and that your use of the platform is lawful under the laws applicable to your location and circumstances.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To register an account on Bed Bro, you must be at least 18 years of age. Bed Bro operates a strict 18+ policy and reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one Bed Bro account. This limitation applies per individual, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your account details up to date. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without refund of funds.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. Bed Bro will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

3.5 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Bed Bro account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification. Bonus funds at the time of closure are not withdrawable unless the associated wagering requirement has been met in full.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

Bed Bro is required to verify the identity of players as part of our compliance obligations. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer or KYC — may be required before a withdrawal is processed, when your account reaches certain deposit thresholds, or at any time at Bed Bro's discretion.

Documents that may be requested include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, or proof of ownership of the payment method used. Documents should be clear, unedited, and current.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is complete. Bed Bro will not release funds to unverified accounts where verification has been requested and not satisfactorily completed.

All identity documents submitted to Bed Bro are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are used solely for the purpose of identity and age verification.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Bed Bro accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Bed Bro does not accept deposits in any foreign currency.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though Bed Bro reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts where responsible gaming concerns have been identified or at the player's own request.

5.3 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, and SadaPay reflect in your Bed Bro account within 15 seconds under normal circumstances. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Card deposits typically reflect within 5 minutes.

5.4 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — whether from family members, friends, or any other person — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party account may be held pending investigation and may result in account suspension.

5.5 No Deposit Fees

Bed Bro does not charge any fee on deposits. The full amount deposited will be credited to your account balance. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which Bed Bro bears no responsibility.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your Bed Bro account are subject to the following conditions: your account must be verified (KYC complete); the amount you wish to withdraw must be available as real money balance (not bonus funds); and you must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds received.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank accounts via IBFT, or to the Visa/Mastercard card used for deposit. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

6.3 Processing Time

For fully verified accounts, Bed Bro targets a withdrawal processing time of under 10 minutes for digital wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay). Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to 2 banking hours. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your card issuer.

6.4 No Withdrawal Fees

Bed Bro does not charge any withdrawal fee. The full amount requested will be sent to your chosen payment method. Your payment provider's own fee schedule may apply and is outside Bed Bro's control.

6.5 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on withdrawals for standard verified accounts. VIP Club members at Gold tier and above benefit from enhanced daily withdrawal limits as outlined in the VIP Club terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

Bonuses offered by Bed Bro — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards — are promotional credits subject to the terms below. All bonus offers are subject to change or withdrawal at Bed Bro's discretion without prior notice.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a bonus of Rs 1,000, you must place bets totalling Rs 30,000 before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real money balance. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.

7.3 Game Contribution to Wagering

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live Casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Teen Patti) contribute 20%. Virtual Sports and PSL betting contribute 25%. Ludo Games contribute 50%. These contribution rates may vary by specific offer and will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.

7.4 One Bonus Per Offer

Each player is eligible to claim each specific promotion only once unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring (such as a weekly reload offer). Attempts to claim the same one-time offer through multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these terms and both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7.5 Bonus Abuse

Bed Bro actively monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse — including low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising actual gambling exposure. If Bed Bro determines that a player is abusing bonus terms, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided and the account may be suspended.

7.6 VIP Club Rewards

Loyalty points earned through the Bed Bro VIP Club accumulate across all platform sections and may be redeemed for account credits or exchanged for enhanced services at each tier level. Full VIP Club terms are available on the VIP Club page.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet amounts on Bed Bro are Rs 50 for most markets. Maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and your VIP Club tier. Current maximum stakes are displayed within each game or market at the time of placing a bet.

8.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered confirmed and final once you have received a confirmation notification within the platform. Bets that have been confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended. It is your responsibility to check the details of your bet before confirming it.

8.3 Void Bets

Bed Bro reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, where the outcome of an event was already known at the time of bet placement, or where Bed Bro has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in bad faith or in breach of these terms. In the event a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your account.

8.4 PSL & Sports Betting

All PSL and sports betting markets are governed by the specific rules published on the PSL Betting page. In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted, or rescheduled, applicable rules as stated in the market terms will apply. Results for settled bets will not be reversed following official result confirmation except in the case of a proven technical settlement error.

8.5 Virtual Sports

Virtual Sports outcomes are generated by certified random number generation software. Results are final once the simulation has completed. Bed Bro guarantees the integrity and randomness of all Virtual Sports results and maintains third-party certification records for this purpose.

9. Live Casino Rules

Live Casino games on Bed Bro are operated by professional dealers in certified studio environments. The rules of each game — including blackjack drawing rules, baccarat commission structures, and roulette zero coverage — follow the standard international rules for the respective game, with any variations displayed within the game interface.

In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the bet you have placed will stand and the round will settle normally on the server side. Winnings will be credited to your account automatically. Bed Bro is not liable for internet connection failures on your end.

Live Casino table minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed at each table in the game lobby. VIP table limits are available to players who have reached qualifying VIP Club tier levels.

Any dispute regarding a Live Casino round result must be submitted to our support team within 24 hours of the round settling. Disputes raised outside this window will not be considered. Bed Bro's decision on Live Casino game disputes is final once the relevant game logs have been reviewed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bed Bro platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and any funds held pending full investigation:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (whether in your own name or under different identities)
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in any game or system
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to deposit
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any unlawful financial purpose
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Bed Bro staff or other players through any communication channel
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law
• Circumventing any security or access control measure on the platform

Bed Bro reserves the right to report any suspected fraudulent or criminal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities and to cooperate fully with any investigation.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

Bed Bro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification when requested; engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 11; or reasonable concern that the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with responsible gaming.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Bed Bro will complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and funds returned. If a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in full or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Bed Bro will notify you of any account suspension or closure via your registered email address or phone number, except where doing so would prejudice an ongoing investigation.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Bed Bro collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

We use your data to operate your account, process payments, fulfil our KYC and compliance obligations, provide customer support, and communicate platform updates and relevant promotions to you. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

14. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or use any Bed Bro content for any commercial purpose without express written permission from Bed Bro. Unauthorised use of Bed Bro's intellectual property may result in legal action.

15. Limitation of Liability

The Bed Bro platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we take all reasonable measures to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be completely free from technical errors or interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bed Bro's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Bed Bro is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits Bed Bro's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Amendments to These Terms

Bed Bro reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for security, compliance, or legal reasons.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page with the effective date stated at the top. Continued use of the Bed Bro platform following the notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bed Bro holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before raising a formal dispute, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support channels without the need for formal proceedings. Our support team is available 24/7 in Urdu and English.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered by our support team, you may escalate the matter to our designated complaints handler by emailing support@bedbro.app with full details of your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a final response within 14 business days.
